Is my order packaged discreetly?
Yes. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents inside.
Are the products safe?
Products are generally safe once used with caution, as we do accept liability for any personal risk or injury derived from product usage. Due diligence and caution should be exercised on the part of the user.
How long will delivery take?
Expect orders to be delivered within 3-5 standard business days. You will be contacted before hand to confirm a date and time of delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Debit & Credit Card payments as well as Cash on Delivery.
Why is USD shown at checkout?
All prices are displayed primarily in TTD. Online card payments are securely processed through PayPal in USD, so the USD equivalent is also shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery orders are paid in TTD.
Can I return an intimate product?
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used intimate products cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at support@emberxivy.com so we can assist.
